We have eleven public school districts and a number of private schools in Calumet County serving over 9,000 students. Five of the districts are entirely within the County and they include the Brillion, Chilton, Hilbert, Stockbridge, and New Holstein School Districts. The Calumet County Children with Disabilities Education Board (CDEB) is responsible for special education services for all five districts, providing resources, support, and leadership as well as the planning and implementing of professional development programs. Calumet County is also home to a number of parochial and private schools. Overall, Wisconsin schools continually rank among the best in the nation.
For continuing or higher education, Fox Valley Technical College has a Regional Center in Chilton and our county is within easy driving distance of Lawrence University and the Universities of Wisconsin Green Bay and Oshkosh.
